Today I am showing off my pretty vase. This is the only piece I have from this collection, but I would love to have a pair. Maybe someday one will come along that I can afford.
This is what I found on the internet about it:
"This pretty cornicopia goes from a rose at the base and then flows to the top in a light pink color - a perfect background for the lovely white and green water lily embossed decoration. It is in the Water Lily line made by Hull Pottery in 1948."
This is what the bottom of the piece looks like.
I just know I'm going to see another one someday at a yard sale, a thrift store, or a flea market. I just know it will be right in my price range. I just know my day will come. Someday....
Now it's time to click on over and check out the other Vintage Thursday Thingies.

Love the Hull pottery! I have some Roseville and McCoy, but no Hull. I really like the water lily.

What a great vase. I love hull and Roseville. Yours is very pretty. I always see them at estate sales, but they are always out of my price range. Nice post.
Good luck with your vase hunt!
Hi...You have a lovely vase...have you checked Ebay for another? The prices are usually reasonable on items, but the shipping will kill ya... ;-) Bo
Hi Faith,
I love your Hull vase. I haven't got anything like that. It is very unique!
Absolutely fabulous piece! :) ~RHonda
I do have complete faith that you'll stumble upon your treasure at a yard sale. Being thrifty always pays off :) Beautiful vase.
Hi Faith
That is a very pretty piece and it would be nice to have 2 of them. I have noted the details and I'll keep my eyes open for you too!
Have a lovely day and thanking for sharing.

I love those shapely vintage vases.
I was so excited to see this post. I have a Hull vase. I wrote about it in my blog back in the spring. Here is the URL if you would like to see it.

This is lovely, I can just see some lovely flowers in it, draped gracefully over the edge. Thank you for sharing!
