Imagine how excited I was this day forty years ago. This picture was taken the day I graduated from high school. My mother, father, and brother were happy for me, too. Yeah, Class of '68!

Congratulations Faith on your graduation of 40 years ago! That is a lovely picture. Nice that you shared the pic of your mom and you yesterday so that I could recognize you both today. You must have been sooo happy that day...and I hope you are just as happy today! Judi
That is such a neat picture! You were a pretty graduate! And the colors in the picture are so sharp... which is unusual for 40-year-old pictures! Thanks for sharing!
Whata lovely picture. I also finished high school in 1968 which makes me about 110 years old! Nice to find your blog. I actually came via Blue Monday on Smilling Sal's blog.

There are some pictures that just take us back. I love that. They are treasures. A great picture of a very special day. I graduated in 74. Gosh it only seems like yesterday. Becky
Hi Faith, thanks for sharing this special day with us..I was in the class of 1960...Your parents and brother with you made a great family picture to cherish forever.. Have a fun week-end. hugs, Baba
I retired after 30 years of teaching in January of 2007. I have been the wife of Bob since 1989. I am the mother of a daughter, Kellie, who is married to Tim. They have a son, Connor and a daughter, Macie. Tim already had two children, Nicole and Tony. I have two sons, Lawrence who is autistic and lives with me. My youngest son is William, and he is married to Gina. They have two daughters, Abigail and Amelia. My youngest daughter, Jennica, came into my family when I married her father, Bob. She is a college student who has a sweet boyfriend. He has four children I count among my grandchildren. Back when I was eighteen I married Larry. We divorced 12 years later, and he is now married to Nancy. They have a son, Colton, who also knows me as Grandma Faith. Not many people get to be the Grandma of their ex-husband's son. Life is FABULOUS. Welcome to my blended family world.
