Cow Parade (Paris, 2006) presents "Moolin Rouge." She is a beautiful dancing girl straight from the Moulin Rouge in Paris, France. I was in France once. Our cruise ship stopped in Cannes for a day. Bob and I went on an excursion to Monaco, but that is not the subject of the blog today. So I'll just keep France on hold for now. Paris isn't even on my travel list at the moment.
I had lunch with Gina, Will, Abby, Amelia, and Kellie today, and we were talking about Disneyworld. The family is planning a trip there in October. Everyone is getting excited about all the fun we will surely have. That conversation reminded me of a past visit to Disney. We stayed at Fort Wilderness. Along with all the other fun, we got to go to the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review. It is a fun filled dinner in a dance hall. The really great part was when Kellie, my daughter, the one with the red feather, was selected to be in the chorus line. It wasn't the Moulin Rouge in Paris, but it was the closest any of us will ever get to dancing on the stage there. (That means you, too, Abigail.)
What a hoot! If you knew her like we all do, you'd see why this was so funny. She was such a good sport, even though she is normally so reserved (nothing like her crazy mother.) None of us will ever forget what a good time we had that night. We are not planning to go to this dinner again in October. Some experiences just can't be topped!
Catching a glimpse of family togetherness waiting outside the saloon. I think this was in Septemer of 2003. Abigail, you weren't born until February 18, 2004, but Gina and Will were anxiously awaiting your arrival.

You have such a beautiful family. I haven't been to Disneyworld for 10 years and can't wait to go back. I bet you are so excited. There are so many choices of where to stay. You'll have to keep us posted. :-)
Hard to believe Gina and I were ever just "Gina and I"? Abigail was along for the ride though.
