I can imagine they are discussing whether or not to go for a swim.
Smokey the Laborador Retriever doesn't hesitate,
but Oodie the Golden Doodle wimps out.

Beautiful locale! My Molly would have joined Smokey for a swim but our neighbor's Golden Doodle would have kept Oodie company on the shore ;--)

I had a Black Lab/Irish Setter mix that absolutely hated water. If you got out a hose or ran bath water, she was one gone dog!
