Blue Monday: Stained Glass

It's Blue Monday time again! To join in the fun visit Smiling Sally and sign in. Have fun!

My Blue Monday contribution for this week is the stained glass creation I have hanging in my entry way. I looked and looked and finally found something that fit this window perfectly. The blue glass in this artwork is very beautiful to me. I hope you like it, too.

Let's don't forget to post something PINK for breast cancer awareness all through the month of October. I have added the button that sponsors free mammograms, so now I can click it everyday right here on my blog. Good thinking!

This is a beautiful stained glass! A friend of mine use to do stained glass professionally and I would watch her cut and put the pieces together. It's amazing what this being done. I'm not playing BM, just stopping by.

Hi Grandma Faith! You're invited to "My Favorite Things Monday" inspired by the Sound of Music! You sharing a picture and story of your current 'favorite thing' that cheered you up when life got you down, would be a blessing! I hope you can come! www.sarahlcc.blogspot.com This stained glass is beautiful! I would love to learn how to do stained glass some day. I'll add it to my every-growing list!!!!

Hi Faith
That is a beautiful stained glass window! I have never seen anything quite like that. Stained glass is something I'd love to learn to do someday too if I could. The colour and the detail is lovely. Thank you for sharing your treasure on Blue Monday!

I love the stained glass! When we build our retirement cabin, I want to have a piece of art like that in it!

Thanks for stopping by my S&T on Friday and leaving a comment. My Hub had the computer tied up all weekend working on his photos from our recent vacation so I have been "out of pocket" and unable to comment!

Have a fabulous day today!

That stained glass is bluetiful! I enjoyed your Blue Monday, didn't know there was one, and the belt is just so cool. I'll have to start collecting the thingies from the soda cans to make one.

Your blog is fabulous!

It really is a beautiful work and I can imagine, how fine it is, when a light is coming through it.

I bought two years ago to my grandchildren stained glass angels.
I have a post about that Christmas market two years ago:

And if you have some extra time, you could see some photos of my and my husband`s cruise from May 2008 posts :)

Have a good week, Faith!
