Great Time in Maryland and Bermuda

We just returned from a wonderful vacation. We visited Bob's sister Lori, her husband Bob, their son Doug, his wife Sam, and their daughter Kathy, and her husband Pete. We also met their children and were able to visit our niece Theresa and her husband Larry and their children. sounds like a family reunion doesn't it? But that's not even half of Bob's family....that's just the ones in Maryland. We also went on a cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda, and it was a whole

Nickelodeon Family Cruise

We had a great time on board the Freedom of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's largest ship. We sailed from Cape Canaveral on Sunday, August 9, and returned on August 16. Here are some pictures we took on the cruise.

We went to a butterfly house in St. Thomas.

I can imagine they are discussing whether or not to go for a swim.

Smokey the Laborador Retriever doesn't hesitate,

but Oodie the Golden Doodle wimps out.

"Jingle Cowjingle"

"Jingle Cowjingle All The Way" is here from Cow Parade (San Antonio, Texas, 2003) to help me finish packing my bags. Thirty-seven friends and family members are heading to Jacksonville to board the Carnival Fascination for a cruise to the Bahamas. It's going to be soooo much fun, but I have to get our clothes together and into a suitcase by Wednesday, or the sleigh is going to leave without me.

Here are some more vintage pictures. That's my little brother, Frank, and me with Santa back in 1955. The other picture was Christmas morning in 1956. Oh, I remember baby dolls who needed their bottles. I see her buggy there by the tree. Frank always loved his army men. He was crazy about that football helmet.
